If guests choose to stay at another hotel, they may arrange transportation from their hotel to The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta or may arrange for personal transportation for all conference programs.

Blocked rooms are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the high demand for hotel rooms, please advise the Hospitality Coordinator if you must cancel your trip or change your plans so that we may better serve those on waiting lists. Please note that your hotel confirmation number will be provided to you via e-mail within 14 business days of your online registration. Refer to this number if you need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation or request amenities for your comfort during your stay. Should you choose to book a room not included in the conference block, higher rates will automatically apply.

The hotel will release any remaining rooms in the conference block beginning on April 9, 2010. After this date, remaining rooms are open to the general public and neither availability nor reduced rates will be guaranteed for conference attendees.
