Stephanie and Arthur Blank have a passion for making a difference. Both are well-known community leaders and generous philanthropists who are driven by a shared belief in the importance of giving back.
Arthur is widely known in the business community for his success in building the world’s largest home improvement retailer. He co-founded The Home Depot in 1978 and retired from the company as Co-Chairman in 2001. At the time of his retirement, The Home Depot was one of Fortune magazine’s "Global Most Admired Companies." Today, as Owner & CEO of the Atlanta Falcons, Arthur is applying the same business acumen and values to his NFL club. In addition, he serves on numerous boards including Outward Bound USA, The Carter Center, Emory University, The Cooper Institute, Cox Enterprises, Inc., and Staples, Inc. In September 2001, Arthur joined the faculty of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School as its first Distinguished Executive in Residence. He now serves as a Goizueta Executive Fellow. Arthur also served as the 2003 Chairman of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
As an advocate for children, Stephanie has served on the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation Board of Trustees since 1998 and currently serves as Board Chair. She is also chair of the Atlanta Falcons Women’s Association. Stephanie currently serves on the United Way’s Early Education Commission and the Governor’s Task Force for Early Education. She is an advisory board member of the Atlanta Outward Bound Center. She has also served on the boards or committees of Camp Sunshine, the Emory University Board of Visitors, the Woodruff Arts Center, the Atlanta Symphony Center and the William Breman Jewish Heritage Museum in Atlanta. She successfully chaired the capital campaign for the Imagine It! Children’s Museum of Atlanta; and she is co-founder of Mothers & Others for Clean Air.
Through The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, Stephanie and Arthur devote their financial resources to numerous causes, including the arts, education, youth and the environment.
Foundation grants and personal donations to nonprofit organizations total more than $250 million to date, including generous gifts to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Hands On Atlanta, Outward Bound, and Zoo Atlanta.
Together, Stephanie and Arthur were named the 2000 Georgia Philanthropists of the Year by the National Society of Fundraising Executives. And, in 2001 they were joint recipients of the Anti-Defamation League’s Abe Goldstein Human Relations Award.
Stephanie and Arthur and their three young children reside in Atlanta. Their family also includes Arthur’s three adult children and two grandchildren.

Tommy Holder is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Holder Construction Company. Established in 1960, Holder is a national commercial construction services firm with experience in over 25 states and annual revenues over $1 billion. Holder consistently ranks as one of the nation’s leading contractors in construction management, general construction and design-build.
As an active member in the community, Tommy serves on the boards of the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation, Woodruff Arts Center, Kennesaw State University and the Construction Industry Roundtable.
Danielle and Glen Rollins

Danielle Rollins states her philanthropic mission as “giving back to the community in meaningful ways that foster support for educational and children’s organizations.” In support of this mission, Danielle serves in leadership roles for numerous organizations, including a 10-year association with Zoo Atlanta, Camp Sunshine, an organization that enriches the lives of children with cancer through recreational, educational and support programs, and The O. Wayne Rollins Foundation, a philanthropic fund devoted primarily to public health, medical research and educational grants.
Danielle’s past philanthropic associations include the Fernbank Museum of Natural History, where she served on the Artemis Board, the Imagine It! Children’s Museum of Atlanta Board of Directors and the Emory University Board of Visitors.
In 2009, Danielle successfully created and co-chaired the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Lela Rose Spring Fashion Show and Luncheon. That same year, Danielle hosted a private dinner party with Oscar de la Renta in support of the same cause. Combined, these two events raised more than $250,000 for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
Glen Rollins is currently president and CEO of Orkin, Inc., as well as executive vice president of Rollins, Inc., Orkin’s parent company. In 2009, he was also elected to the Rollins, Inc. Board of Directors. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Professional Pest Management Association (PPMA) of which he was a founding member and past chairman.
He and Danielle have three young children in whose activities they take an active role. He serves on the Board of Directors of Trinity School as well as the Trinity Advancement Board Committee. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Westminster Schools, as well as on its Finance Committee. In 2004, Danielle served on the Executive Development Committee for Trinity School’s Capital Campaign.
Glen’s interest in education extends to higher education as well. He is a member of the Atlanta Board of Visitors, a voluntary board of local leaders offering advocacy for the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta. He is also involved in fundraising for the Northside Youth Organization and the Zoo Atlanta Capital Campaign.
Lila Hertz

As an active member of the community, Lila serves on the boards of numerous foundations and non-profit agencies including Piedmont Hospital, Center for Health and Learning and the Emory Winship Cancer Institute Advisory Board. Most notably, from 2001 to 2009, Lila served as board president of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Greater Atlanta Affiliate. Lila was recently appointed as national board member of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Advocacy Alliance.
The American Jewish Committee, National Council of Jewish Women and Prevent Child Abuse Georgia also have benefited from Lila’s service, and for that, each has presented Hertz with an award in recognition of her accomplishments.
In addition, the Anti-Defamation League presented the 2009 Abe Goldstein Human Relations Award to Lila and her husband, Doug, who is president and CEO of United Distributors and Chairman of the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Board of Trustees. Lila and Doug reside in Atlanta. They have two adult children and one grandchild.
Nancy Williams

Nancy Williams has served on the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation Board of Trustees since 1998, when Scottish Rite Children’s Medical Center and Egleston Children’s Hospital merged to form Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
She is also vice chairman of the Williams Family Foundation and a member of the Education Advisory Committee for the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, the Junior League of Atlanta and the National Charity League. In addition, Nancy actively volunteers at The Lovett School and is a Georgia appointee for the President’s Advisory Committee on the Arts.
Nancy resides in Atlanta with her husband, John, and their two children. John Williams is the president and CEO of Corporate Holdings, LLC and Williams Realty Advisors, LLC.
